Is Your Skincare Routine Harming Your Skin and Body?

Updated: Oct 6

Did you know that most skincare products on the market are loaded with toxic ingredients to your skin and body?

It’s true. Artificial ingredients and chemicals are used to positively affect the skin. However those positive effects are often temporary, yet the negative effects last long term because the skin absorbs the toxic ingredients and builds up within the body.

Thankfully, there are many natural and inexpensive options, and most of them can be found in your pantry!
