What Are The Benefits of Turmeric

Did you know that 60% of Americans have at least one chronic inflammatory disease? Did you know that 3 out of 5 of those people will die due to chronic inflammation disease? These diseases include stroke, chronic respiratory disease, heart disorders, cancer, obesity, and diabetes. Other chronic inflammation diseases are arthritis and allergies. That's a pretty high number of people walking around with inflammation.

This is why it is so important to do what you can to get the inflammation out of your body. One way you can help your body out is to start taking a turmeric supplement AND start adding it to your food in the form of a spice.

There are three major benefits of taking turmeric.

Turmeric Reduces Inflammation

There are two enzymes that can cause inflammation in your body. Turmeric can lower the levels of those inflammatory enzymes to help lower inflammation.

Inflammation can be noticed by body awareness. Be aware of your body. Does something hurt? Inflammation. Do your joints hurt? Inflammation. Do you have acne or a puffy face? Inflammation. Redness in your skin? Inflammation. Any swelling? Inflammation. This could go on.

But your body is always trying to tell you something. When it comes to inflammation, it is trying to say HELP ME get this out!

When taking a turmeric supplement daily, you will start to notice a difference in your inflammation whether it is on your face or skin or on the inside like joint pain or any aches and pains, in 1-2 months.

It is not normal to have so many aches and pains. Even as you get older. Don't make that an excuse. You are not meant to be in pain all the time. Start doing things to decrease the pain. When you are in pain, your body is trying to tell you something.

Don't fall victim to the "it's normal" saying. Because it's not.

Start by doing something simple to help yourself out by taking a turmeric supplement. And make sure it has black pepper in it. This will help the turmeric absorb better in your body.
