Step 4: Elimination Time

What we use to fuel our bodies can either enhance or hinder detoxification efforts.

To support digestion, and elimination, and to help shift to a healthier you, you'll need to eliminate coffee, alcohol, sugar, dairy, meat, and gluten for about 8-10 days.

By removing these items from your diet, your body will get a much-needed break.

And you'll get a chance to feel how your body reacts without them. This is a huge step in learning how to be more aware of your body and how it feels. So, make sure you are paying close attention to your body. It ALWAYS has something to say whether you are listening or not. In this step, in the next 8-10 days, make sure you're listening.

Step 5: Get Rid Of Your Inflammation

To help combat inflammation in the body and support your health in every way, start to incorporate antimicrobials and anti-inflammatory foods into your daily lifestyle.

These foods include

- garlic

- turmeric

- ginger

- cinnamon

- manuka honey

- thyme,

- rosemary,

- blueberries,

- green vegetables,

- wheatgrass and green tea

- cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil

- cold-pressed coconut oil

- bone broth

- almonds

- pineapple

- avocado

- sweet potato

- carrots

We all have inflammation in our bodies whether it is from something we ate, we are injured, from mold exposure, or just from breathing the toxic air outside.

Make sure you are doing what you can to help your body fight the inflammation daily. Above is a long list of foods you can add to help with this on top of supplements,

My favorites from the list above are turmeric, which I cook with it and take as a supplement, blueberries, green tea, bone broth, and avocado. I eat most of the foods on this list, however, those are the ones I enjoy the most. Think about the ones you enjoy and start adding them to your day.

Step 6: Drink Matcha Tea

Adding organic matcha to your routine will provide an excellent source of EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), a molecule that naturally has metabolism-boosting and thermogenic effects in the body.
